The range and purpose of processed data, as well as the duration, legal basis, and method of processing, are provided in the annex to this notice.
IV. Access to Data and Data Security Measures
1. Access to Data and Data Transmission
The Data Controller has access to the personal data provided by you for the purpose of fulfilling its tasks.
The Data Controller may engage data processors to process personal data, for which they are responsible as if it were their own. Data processors may transmit personal data outside the European Economic Area. The engaged data processors are:

The Data Controller only transfers personal data to other data controllers or public authorities in exceptional cases not listed here. For example, if:
legal proceedings involving you are initiated, and it is necessary to provide documents containing your personal data to the competent court,
the police contact the Data Controller and request the transmission of documents containing your personal data for the purpose of an investigation.
2. Data Security Measures
The Data Controller stores the personal data provided by you on servers of cloud service providers utilized by the Data Controller, and, if necessary, in its paper-based filing system.
The Data Controller takes appropriate measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access or alteration, among others.
V. Rights of the Data Subject
1. Your Access Rights
As a data subject, you have the right to access your personal data.
If you request feedback from the Data Controller regarding the processing of your personal data, the Data Controller is obliged to provide information on the following:
a. what personal data,
b. on what legal basis,
c. for what purpose of data processing,
d. from what source,
e. for how long.
Your right to receive feedback on whether the Data Controller is processing (or not) your personal data:
a. applies to personal data concerning you;
b. does not apply to anonymous data;
c. does not apply to personal data not concerning you; and
d. includes pseudonymized data clearly attributable to you.
Upon your request, the Data Controller provides access to and a copy of your personal data. If you request additional/repeated copies of your personal data, the Data Controller may charge a reasonable fee for fulfilling the request, which you will bear.
2. Your Right to Rectification
You are entitled to rectify your personal data. This right:
a. does not apply to anonymous data;
b. applies to personal data concerning you;
c. does not apply to personal data not concerning you; and
d. includes pseudonymized data clearly attributable to you.
Upon your request, the Data Controller rectifies or supplements your personal data accordingly. The Data Controller informs the recipients of your personal data (if any) about the rectification of personal data. However, the Data Controller does not inform recipients about the rectification of personal data if informing them is impossible or would require disproportionate effort.
3. Your Right to Erasure
Under certain conditions, you have the right to erasure of your personal data.
Without undue delay, the Data Controller shall erase your personal data if:
a. the Data Controller processes your personal data, and
b. you request the erasure of your personal data, and
c. the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which the Data Controller processes them.
Without undue delay, the Data Controller shall erase your personal data if:
a. the Data Controller processes your personal data, and
b. you request the er
asure of your personal data, and
c. you withdraw your consent on which the processing of your data is based, and
d. there is no other legal basis for the further processing of your data.
Without undue delay, the Data Controller shall erase your personal data if:
a. the processing of your personal data is necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims by the Data Controller or a third party, and
b. you object to the processing of personal data concerning you, and
c. the legitimate reasons for the processing of such personal data do not take precedence over your objection.
Without undue delay, the Data Controller shall erase your personal data if:
a. you request the erasure of your personal data, and
b. the processing of such data by the Data Controller is unlawful, or
c. the erasure of your data is mandatory under applicable laws, or
d. your data are collected concerning the provision of information society services.
The Data Controller informs the recipients of your personal data about the erasure of your personal data (if any). However, the Data Controller does not inform recipients about the erasure of personal data if informing them is impossible or would require disproportionate effort.
4. Your Right to Restriction of Processing
You may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Your right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data:
(a) does not apply to anonymous data;
(b) applies to personal data concerning you;
(c) does not apply to personal data not concerning you; and
(d) includes pseudonymized data clearly attributable to you.
The Data Controller restricts the processing of your personal data for the period during which it verifies the accuracy of such data if you request the restriction of processing of your personal data and you contest the accuracy of such data.
The Data Controller restricts the processing of your personal data if you request the restriction of processing of such data, the processing of which is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of such data.
The Data Controller restricts the processing of your personal data if:
(a) you request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, and
(b) the Data Controller no longer needs such data for the purposes of its processing, and
(c) you require your data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
The Data Controller restricts the processing of your personal data if:
a. you object to the processing of your personal data necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or a third party, and
b. await the verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller override your objection.
The Data Controller informs the recipients of your personal data about the restriction of the processing of your personal data (if any). However, the Data Controller does not inform recipients about the restriction of personal data if informing them is impossible or would require disproportionate effort.
If the Data Controller restricts the processing of your personal data, it may:
(a) store such personal data,
(b) process such personal data based on your consent,
(c) process the personal data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person.
5. Your Right to Data Portability
You are entitled to receive your personal data provided to a data controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and have the right to transmit these data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to whom the personal data have been provided, where:
(a) the processing is based on consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract; and
(b) the processing is carried out by automated means.
Your right to data portability:
(a) does not apply to anonymous data;
(b) applies to personal data concerning you;
(c) does not apply to personal data not concerning you; and
(d) does not apply to pseudonymized data.
6. Deadline for Processing Your Requests as the Data Subject
The Data Controller shall respond to your requests for the rights described above without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
7. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe that your rights have been violated, the Data Controller suggests initiating a discussion with the Data Controller directly. If such discussions do not yield results or if you do not wish to participate in such activities, you may appeal to the court or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). If you initiate legal proceedings, you may decide to initiate the procedure before the court having jurisdiction according to your address or place of residence.

8. Amendments to this Information Notice

IV. About Cookies in General
(1) Cookies are short data files placed by the visited website on the user's computer. The purpose of cookies is to facilitate and make the use of the respective infocommunication or internet service more comfortable. There are various types, but they can generally be divided into two main groups. One is temporary cookies, which the website only places on the user's device during a specific session (e.g., during secure identification for online banking), and the other type is permanent cookies (e.g., language settings of a website), which remain on the computer until the user deletes them. (4) The website must inform visitors about the use of cookies according to the data processing information notice provided in the appendix. With this information notice, the Data Controller ensures that visitors can become acquainted with the types of data processed by the Data Controller for the purposes of the information society services before and during the use of these services, including the processing of data not directly related to the user.
V. Applied Cookies
The Data Controller informs Users that it uses Google Analytics, Google Remarketing, AdWords Conversion Tracking, and Facebook Remarketing programs to measure the visitation of its website and track the behavior of its visitors, create statistics, and measure the effectiveness of its advertisements. The mentioned programs place cookies on the user's computer, collecting user data. Visitors to the website (Data Subjects) allow the Data Controller to use Google Analytics, Google Remarketing, AdWords Conversion Tracking, and Facebook Remarketing programs. They also consent to the monitoring and tracking of their behavior and the use of all services provided by the programs for the Data Controller. In addition, users have the option to disable the storage and data storage of cookies for the future, as described below.
Users are informed that the settings and use of Google Analytics, Google Remarketing, AdWords Conversion Tracking, and Facebook Remarketing programs fully comply with the requirements of data protection authorities.
According to Google, Google Analytics primarily reports visitor interactions on your website using first-party cookies. These cookies only collect non-personal information. Browsers do not share their own cookies across domains. More information about cookies can be found in the Google Ads and Privacy FAQ.
1. Google Analytics:
The Data Controller primarily uses the Google Analytics program to generate statistics, including measuring the effectiveness of its campaigns. The program provides information about how many visitors visited the website and how much time visitors spent on the website
. The data provided by Google Analytics cannot be linked to personal data and does not identify individual visitors.
2. Google Remarketing:
The Google Remarketing program allows the Data Controller to show its visitors advertising content tailored to their interests. By agreeing to the use of the Google Remarketing program, the Data Subject allows the Data Controller to display personalized advertising content to the Data Subject. The Google Remarketing program uses cookies to remember which pages visitors have visited in order to display personalized advertising content. Visitors can opt-out of the Google Remarketing program by changing their Google Ad Settings.
3. AdWords Conversion Tracking:
The AdWords Conversion Tracking program allows the Data Controller to track what actions visitors take on the website after clicking on an advertisement displayed by Google. The program uses cookies to track this information.
4. Facebook Remarketing:
The Facebook Remarketing program allows the Data Controller to show its visitors advertising content tailored to their interests. By agreeing to the use of the Facebook Remarketing program, the Data Subject allows the Data Controller to display personalized advertising content to the Data Subject. The Facebook Remarketing program uses cookies to remember which pages visitors have visited in order to display personalized advertising content. Visitors can opt-out of the Facebook Remarketing program by changing their Facebook Ad Settings.
VI. Managing Cookies
The Data Subject may delete cookies stored on their computer and may also disable the storage of cookies. Detailed instructions on cookie settings can be found in the "Help" menu of the browser used by the Data Subject.

VII. Data Processing Information for Minors

IX. Information on Recipients of Data
Your personal data may be transferred to data processors or third parties specified in the Privacy Statement and Notice of Information, which are available on the Data Controller's website.
X. Data Security Measures
The Data Controller applies appropriate security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion, or destruction, as well as accidental destruction or damage.
